After so many rumours Samsung launched the Galaxy A9 Pro (2016) in China. Smartphone is the upgraded version of the Galaxy A9, which was launched earlier in China. The Galaxy A9 Pro is priced at 3,499 Yuan (approximately Rs. 35,800).
Samsung already launched Galaxy A5 and A7 in December last year and in February this year in India. Galaxy A9 Pro spotted on TENNA a few weeks back and rumoured to feature 6-inch display. The design of the smartphone is pretty much similar to the Galaxy A9. Only difference is the RAM and battey of the handset.
Looking at the specification, device features 6-inch FHD (1920×1080) display. It is powered by 1.8 GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor with Adreno 510 GPU. Smartphone is coupled with the 4GB RAM instead of 3GB RAM in Galaxy A9 with 32GB bigger internal storage. It also supports MicroSD card upto 128GB.
Galaxy A9 Pro sports 16MP primary camera with flash and 8 MP front shooter. The highlighted feature of the handset is 5000 mAh battery which comes with fast charging support. Device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and features Fingerprint sensor on home button. For connectivity smartphone supports Dual-SIM 4G.
The Galaxy A9 Pro will be available in White, Rose Gold and Pink color variant. As the Galaxy A9, A9 Pro also made available exclusive to Chinese market only.
