Taiwanese smartphone company,Asus, in the race for acquiring more Indian market, launched another budget handset dubbed as Zenfone Go 5 LTE (T500). Priced at Rs. 7,999, device is available to buy from Amazon and Snapdeal.
The new smartphone will be the LTE version of last year launched Zenfone Go. With the increasing 4G connectivity comapny launched it’s affordable Go smartphone with LTE compatibility.
Zenfone Go 5 LTE comes with 5-inch HD (1280×720) display. It is powered by Quad-Core Qualcomm MSM8916 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz. Smartphone is clubbed with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. Though the storage is expandable via MicroSD card upto 32GB. As comes with other devices, company also offered 5GB Asus Cloud storage.
Zenfone Go 5 LTE (T500) sports 8MP Auto-focus rear camera with LED flash paired with 5 MP selfie camera. Dual-sim handset runs on, sadly, Android 4.4 KitKat OS with ZenUI on top of it. It’s worth mentioning that only one sim supports 4G connectivity and other sim only supports 2G connection.
Asus ZenFone Go is backed by the 2500 mAh battery. It provides Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and other standard connectivity options. Handset will be available in pearl white and charcoal black color option.
