After spotting the device two days ago on company site, Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 laptop officially announced. The device will be showcased during the CES 2017 event in Las vegas. The highlight feature of the device is InfinityEdge display which provides virtually borderless edge-to-edge view.
Company claims that the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 is the smallest 13-inch with an expansive edge-to-edge display. It is built with a premium 360-degree hinge for four, flexible positions – tablet, tent, laptop and stand mode. It features QHD+ (3200×1800) display with 276 ppi pixel density and wide viewing angle of up to 170.
2-in-1 comes with 4 different variants – i5 processor with 4GB or 8GB RAM or i7 processor with 8GB or 16GB RAM. The device runs on Windows 10 Home edition. The XPS 13 2-in-1 is built with machined aluminum, carbon fiber, bonded Corning® Gorilla® Glass NBT™, and steel hinges wrapped in machined aluminum for stronger construction. It includes 2 USB Type C ports.
It also have Widescreen HD (720p) webcam with dual array digital microphones. Microsoft Office 30 Day Trial and McAfee LiveSafe 12 Month Subscription is bundled with the device. The 2-in-1 can deliver upto 14 hours of Netflix streaming.
