Robery Kyncl, the YouTube’s chief business officer announced that YouTube will support the HDR or high dynamic range videos. The announcement came during the event in the ongoing CES 2016.
Company also announced the partnership with GoPro for 360-degree VR camera. HDR video brings out better color and detail by combining multiple exposures into a single frame. For viewing the HDR videos you need to have a device with HDR supports. YouTube also joins Amazon and Netflix for featuring HDR support videos.
Many companies has introduced the new TV models with HDR supports in it. You can also watch HDR videos on Ultra HD Blu-ray players, which deliver true 4K content.
