Panasonic at MWC event launched world’s lightest Fully rugged devices: Panasonic Toughpad FZ-F1 and Toughpad FZ-N1. Company also showcased the devices at MWC in Barcelona.

Both Panasonic Toughpad FZ-F1 and FZ-N1 features same specifications apart form the operating System. Toughpad FZ-F1 is windows 10 based device while Toughpad FZ-N1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Device features 4.7-inch HD (1280×720) sunlight-viewable display. It also supports multi-touch with rain sensing and glove touch mode along with stylus pen. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM8974AB Quad Core processor clocked at 2.3GHz coupled with 2GB RAM. Device comes with 16GB internal storage and upto 64GB expandable memory support.
Both Toughpad devices sports 8MP rear camera with LED light and 5 MP front-facing camera. The devices are fully sealed against dust and are also IP65 and IP67 certified water resistence with up to 3.3-inch of water for 30 minutes. It is backed by 3200 mAh standard battery with 6400 mAh additional battery.
Dual-SIM Panasonic Toughpad FZ-F1 and FZ-N1 comes with the connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, near field communications (NFC), standalone and assisted GPS (A-GPS) and Bluetooth v4.1. The devices are equipped with intelligent noise suppression capabilities and dual front speakers providing an astounding maximum volume of 100 decibels.
Panasonic Toughpad FZ-F1 and FZ-N1 comes with accessories like a vehicle dock, hand strap, single and multiple device cradles, multi-battery charger, passive and active stylus options and an extended life battery.
The Android powered Toughpad FZ-N1 will be available as a WiFi model in March of 2016 at $1,499 while a voice model will launch in summer. The Toughpad FZ-F1 will be available for $1,599.
