Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 with fingerprint scanner Launched

On Tuesday, Xiaomi launched its new smartphone under Redmi note category named Redmi note 3 in Beijing. Smartphone will be available in two different variants, one with 2GB RAM and 16 GB inbuilt storage variant and one with 3GB RAM and 32 GB storage variant.

2GB variant will be available at price tag of CNY 899(approximately Rs.9,500) while 3GB variant will be available at price tag of CNY 1099(approximately Rs.11,500). Company yet has not given the details about India launch of the smartphone.

Looking at the specification of the smartphone, Redmi note 3 features 5.5 inches Full HD luminous screen with 1080p display and 403 PPI. The smartphone is designed with full metal body. The smartphone supports fingerprint sensor which company claims to unlocks device in just 0.3s.

Redmi Note 3 is powered by Helio X10 64-bit octa-core processors with Power VR G6200 graphics processor. Coming to the camera of the smartphone, Redmi note 3 sports 13 MP rear camera with the focus speed to 0.1 seconds allowing you faster Capture screen. It also features rear two-tone flash. Camera also supports 1080p video recording and slow motion video recording. Redmi Note 3 sports 5 MP front facing camera.

The smartphone is backed by whooping 4000mAh Battery. Redmi Note 3 Runs on new MIUI 7. Company has also introduced some new features to the smartphone including private files. Smartphone supports dual Micro-sim. The smartphone will be Available in Silver, Dark grey and Gold.
