On Tuesday, South Korean electronic giant announced the LG Stylus 2 launch in Barcelona at MWC 2016 event. The smartphone will the enhanced sequence of LG G4 Stylus. Company promised that the price of the smartphone will be of a mid-tier phone.
This year LG is eyeing on the mid-range smartphones. Company already announced K-series smartphones at the beginning of the year. Yesterday LG revealed the all new X series XCam and XScreen Smartphone that will be showcased at MWC 2016 in Barcelona. And we already know the LG G5 Flagship smartphone also set to appear at the MWC event.
The LG Stylus 2 features 5.7-inch(1280 x 720) HD display. It is powered by 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with 1.5 GB LPDDR3 RAM. The handset comes with 16 GB internal storage with MicroSD card Slot(unspecified Storage capacity). Device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The company has changes the design of the stylus and replaced the previous rubber-tipped pen with a nano-coated tip . Company has also included Pen Pop feature which toggles a popup menu when the stylus is removed to offer shortcuts to Pop Memo and Pop Scanner. Notably, user will get notified when the phone is motion and stylus bay is empty which prevents the stylus from being misplaced.
Stylus 2 sports 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and 8MP front facing camera. The device is backed by a hefty 3,000mAh removable battery. Smartphone also equipped with LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0 connectivity options. Stylus 2 will be available in Titan, White, Brown color variant.
