Honor 8 Pro with 6GB RAM launched in India

Chinese smartphone giant Huawei announced the launch of Honor 8 Pro smartphone in India. The smartphone is priced at Rs.29,999 and will be available exclusively on Amazon India. The smartphone was earlier launched globally in March this year.

Honor 8 Pro comes with a metal body design and weigh just 184 gm. It features 5.7-inch Quad HD 2K (2560 x 1440) display with Gorilla Glass Protection. It is powered by octa-core Kirin 960 processor clocked upto 2.4GHz and Mali-G71 GPU. The device is coupled with 6GB RAM and is equipped with 128GB internal storage with external SD card support. Honor 8 Pro runs on latest Android 7.1 with EMUI 5.1 on top of it.

The smartphone sport 12MP dual-rear camera with LED flash. The camera is capable of recording 4k videos at 30fps. The 8MP FF front camera can record videos upto 1080p at 30fps. Camera comes with many shooting modes including Light Painting and Audio Note. The device is backed by 4000 mAh battery with fast charging support.

The Honor 8 Pro comes with the connectivity options of 4G VoLTE network, WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC. It also have standard sensors like infrared, fingerprint and proximity sensor.

The Honor 8 Pro will be available in Navy Blue and Midnight black color options. The Amazon Prime users can buy the smartphone from 10 July while the open sale starts from 13 July.
